The Cobarcho Restaurant, along almost 40 years of experience, has become one of the references in Jaca to enjoy the traditional cuisine of Alto Aragón. Since the end of 2017, the Inturmark Group, in collaboration with the company Proffetional, has taken over its management. They has undergone a profound renovation in the restaurant, completely transforming the decoration, leaving the ancient cave theme and going to have a modern, warm and cozy decoration, with the new wood oven and the grill in a prominent space.
In addition to the decoration, the Cobarcho Restaurant has also reviewed the menu, in which the protagonists are grilled meat and the typical recipes of Alto Aragón. The new proposals are combined with the traditional ones maintaining the essence; the quality of the raw material, bought daily in the market and the careful preparation by the chefs in order to bring to the table the best of mountain cuisine. More attractive, with high resolution images, rich in content and available in two languages, the new website, in addition to offering customers complete information about the restaurant, its new decoration, the menu and its differential values, we tried to bring through the images the smells and tastes that you can enjoy in the new Cobarcho. Technically, the site has been developed on WordPress and cutting-edge technologies have been integrated to guarantee full access from any type of device.
